• The video bios update is ONLY for Fire MV 2400 PCI-express cards with no video on post in use with certain Dell systems.
• IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FIREMV 2400 PCI-Express card and a Dell system with no video on post DO NOT USE THIS UPDATE.
• Misuse of the bios update will void your warranty and damage your card beyond repair.

Warning: Please note: The Fire MV 2400 has 2 Video Bios on board. They need to be flashed individually. If the card is flashed incorrectly, the card will not work and will have to be returned to AMD for replacement.

How do I get it?

Contact Technical Support via email and request the files to be sent to you along with instructions. You will be required to provide the serial number of the card for validation (NO EXCEPTIONS).
